The study is divided into three parts. In the key statements, we present the results of our survey. For the most part, the approval / rejection of certain theses in the context of the digitization of successful companies is contrasted with those of less successful companies.

The success factors of the digital transformation result from the strengths and weaknesses of implementing the digital transformation of successful or less successful companies.
In addition, it takes into account the necessary conditions, which in the context of the study do not differentiate between successful and less successful companies, but are nevertheless essential for the success of the digital transformation.
